Synopsis:
Ultra finally perfects a device capable of changing him back to Ace Arn. He then returns to Bonnie and explains that Ultra has rescued him from an asteroid. When another crisis arises, Ace changes himself back to Ultra and helps authorities tracks down Klu-Kann, a crook suspected of stealing a hotel.

Ultra captures Klu-Kann and his gang, but he learns they were framed. Ultra asks authorities to pay the ransom, then he follows the real crooks to their hide-out. Ultra learns that Jal-Rel is the real thief who used a teleportation device to steal the hotel. Ultra rescues the hostages and captures the crooks before reuniting with Bonnie in his Ace Arn identity.
