Synopsis:
Professor Milo has built a predictor machine which can forecast the future. The machine predicts that the Dynamic Duo and Superman will each capture members of the Condor Gang which comes true. The remaining members of the gang, kidnap Milo and force him to use the predictor machine to get the heroes off their trail.

The gang makes a fake film of Batman taking a bribe from a crook which sets him against Superman. When the scheme works, Milo is brought before the leader of the gang. Milo then reveals that he is Superman. Batman and Robin arrive as well, and together they capture the gang and its leader.
