Comments:
This tale is told from the perspective of the Bat-Cave and largely consists of brief moments in its history.

Synopsis:
The cave under Wayne Manor took centuries to form. When man discovered the cave entrance, many were afraid to enter. Superstition surrounded it. One day, young Bruce Wayne accidentally fell into the cave from above. Years later, Bruce grew to adulthood and became Batman. Although he moved into the cave, christening it the Bat-Cave, it remained dark.

That changed when Batman took in a partner, Dick Grayson. For a time, the cave was transformed into a place of wonder and light. However, Dick left for college, which brought about another transformation, back into darkness. Even as the eternal night seems inescapable, the flame of hope remains, proving the darkness can not last forever.
