Synopsis:
Barry O'Neill encounters Fang Gow in the sewers underneath Paris. The criminal sends his men to capture Barry and Inspector Le Grand. Fang Gow then orders Barry to throw the switch that will trigger explosives planted under the city. To force Barry's compliance, Fang Gow orders his men to torture Le Grand.
