Synopsis:
Tannarak and Tala have defeated the Phantom Stranger on the streets of New York. They return to the rooftops to bring forth the Lords of Chaos. Using the Stranger's power with their cat demon, the mages successfully open a portal to allow the Lords of Chaos to enter Earth's dimension. However, the timely arrival of Doctor Thirteen disrupts the evil plan. He knocks the cat creature off the roof. The Phantom Stranger then uses martial arts to toss Tannarak after it. When they collide in mid-air both are consumed in an explosion.
The Phantom Stranger then opens a portal to a nether world where Tala had been keeping Cassandra Craft a prisoner.
