Synopsis:
A priceless jewel known as the Star of Singapore is stolen from a bank vault and a guard is locked inside. The Sandman is summoned to open the vault and release to guard. He is then assigned to work with Detective Brophy to recover the jewel.

Sandman tracks the crooks to a yacht in the harbor. When the yacht begins to head to sea with the Sandman aboard, Brophy thinks the mystery man has betrayed him. The police pursue the boat and shoot at the Sandman. Despite the misunderstanding, the Sandman is still able to stop the crooks and retrieve the jewel.
