Synopsis:
Dr. McNider returns home from a medical convention by boat. Pirates driving a car that floats on water rob the ship and take Myra Mason hostage. Dr. Mid-Nite follows the car, only to find it empty except for one man. He knocks out the man and finds a map. The map leads Dr. Mid-Nite to a rendez-vous point. He finds the other crooks in a submarine under the car. He then rescues Myra and apprehends the pirates.
