Synopsis:
Lana Lang rescues an insect-like alien from a fallen tree. The alien gives Lana a ring with biogenetic powers. Soon Lana discovers that the ring can transform her into insect forms with various powers. Lana can use each form only once. She dons a costume and begins using her powers like Superboy to fight crime. Sensing an opportunity to learn the Boy of Steel's secret identity, Lana traps Clark in a cocoon during an emergency. Clark tricks her, handling the emergency and protecting his secret. Lana runs out of convenient insect forms to assume, so she retires her Insect Queen identity until she can come up with more ideas.
