Part 2: "Negative Man Must Be Destroyed"
Synopsis:
During a test of his powers, Negative Man is accidentally trapped outside Larry Trainor’s body for longer than his sixty-second time-limit, necessitating Larry’s being frozen in suspended animation to prevent his death. Meanwhile, the undirected Negative Man wreaks havoc throughout the city, and a pair of looters take advantage of the destruction and confusion to rob. Robotman and Elasti-Girl are finally able to implement the Chief’s plan to restore Negative Man to normal before lives are lost.
