Comments:
The sons and daughter of the Challengers appear only in a fortune teller's story. The events of these predictions may or may not be accurate depictions of the future. As such they should be considered imaginary and not part of official Challengers of the Unknown continuity.
This story is a sequel to the second story of Challengers of the Unknown #35, in which the sons and daughter of the Challengers debuted.
Synopsis:
The Challengers return to the parlor of fortune teller Madame Zaddum to learn more about their future children. Zaddum tells them that in 25 years, criminal Stokie Johnson will discover an elixir of youth and escape jail. Stokie has recently been captured by the Challengers, but a stolen capsule containing a chemical mixture was not recovered. In the future Stokie opens the capsule, releasing a phantom creature. The children of the Challengers work together to defeat the phantom. Stokie's youth elixir eventually wears off, and he is returned to prison.
