History:
Duarmzshee was born to a human-like race on the planet Aello (also called Stormswift), 20th world in the Vegan Star-system. Most of Aello's surface is frozen rock with little atmosphere, but crossing the equator are several deep rift valleys. There, many Aellans survive the cold, stormy environment in domed cities, working in scientific equipment assembly cooperatives. These large family groups raise all their children under one roof, taking turns at parenting. It was to a woman of the Paan Factory that Duarmzshee and her sister were born.

Duarmzshee showed early signs of rebellion against authority, earning a reputation for getting herself and her groupmates into trouble. Hwiirdh was her closest companion and staunchest defender, even though the older sister dominated and teased the younger. Their interdependence was discouraged by the adult Paans but continued to grow stronger with each passing cycle. Duarmzshee tied the bonds even tighter during the traumatic events that led to Hwiirdh gaining bio-engineered wings as a reward for heroism when she secretly helped her sister save a lost child.

Using that secret as emotional blackmail, Duarmzshee convinced Hwiirdh to join her in a new life. Accepting a recruitment offer from a bordello agent from the planet Rashashoon, the two young girls slipped away from Aello to a world that promised excitement, money, and the chance to marry into power. Their new employer, Mama Madame, helped them choose working names: Demonia and Harpis.

While in the city of Raggashoon, the sisters met and were forever changed by the Citadel officer Komand'r, who callously ordered their beautiful bodies redesigned to better please her lieutenants. Demonia was given a snake-like form, as well as the ability to transmute at will into a giant serpent. Unlike Harpis, Demonia was pleased with the change, declaring that she now looked as she had always felt.

Taken as personal property of Komand'r's troops, the sisters eventually joined the rebels that would become the Omega Men... though not before Demonia had been recruited as a spy for the Citadel. The Omegan's leader, Primus, was suspicious of her, though he valued her skills as a fighter and saw that Harpis' dependence would never allow the two to be separated. Finally, Demonia's treachery led to a fatal mistake. She drove the bestial Tigorr into a killing frenzy, blaming Primus. The two battled, but as Primus neared death, Tigorr discovered his true tormentor, turned on Demonia, and killed her. Demonia's career ended in blood and shame, but her spirit still haunts the Vegan system, unable to rest.

Powers:
Demonia's hard, scaly skin, sharp claws, and fierceness in battle made her a formidable opponent, both in humanoid and serpent forms. A devious mind made her an untrustworthy ally.
