History:
Bolt was first seen in the pursuit of the Trickster, acting on behalf of a mysterious organization. During several encounters he fought both the Trickster and the Blue Devil to a draw. He vanished at last after learning that his employers represented only themselves, and no the supersecret criminal organization he had been led to believe was behind them.

Powers:
Bolt utilizes some unknown means of teleportation. He appears, hurls a deadly energy bolt at his victim, then vanishes, all in an instant. He can throw several successive bolts, but they diminish in potency. Bolt can fly, although how fast, far, or high is unknown. He also appears to possess superhuman strength and agility, although the extent of these abilities in unknown.

Bolt is also a superior athlete and a skilled hand-to-hand combatant.
